Can I return my order?

For printed products, custom-sized items, and products prepared based on a quote, we produce each order from scratch according to your specifications. As a result, these items cannot be returned, since they are personalized and cannot be resold.

For stock products offered on our website in standard sizes, we can organize a return for you. To do so, please contact our Customer Support team at hello@packhelp.com, or use our online chat, providing the order number, email address, and reason for the return. You can also reach out to the Customer Success Specialist assigned to your order for more detailed guidance on the return process.
